Shape the BMO Salesforce Platform as a Developer, focusing on Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud. Leverage your expertise in Lightning development and process automation to deliver impactful solutions.
The Salesforce Developer at BMO will configure and maintain the Salesforce environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams on Operational Resilience and Business Continuity. You'll engage in all phases of development—from requirements gathering to production deployment—and ensure the Salesforce platform's stability and security through compliance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize Salesforce Platform features
• Develop Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flows
• Collaborate on disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
• Perform user acceptance testing and coordinate production deployments
• Manage security settings and compliance requirements
Requirements:
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud
• Hands-on proficiency with Lightning development tools
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain preferred
