Position: Senior Workday Integration Developer Role
Drive integration excellence as a Senior Workday Integration Developer based in Toronto. This hybrid position focuses on leveraging Workday Studio and the Integration Cloud for comprehensive solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Workday Integration Developer with over 8 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Workday and third-party systems, while also creating essential reports and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Collaboration with various teams will be key to delivering efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations with external systems

• Create custom reports and calculations to address business needs

• Ensure integration security configuration and compliance

• Collaborate with HR and technical teams for requirements

• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Workday integration development experience

• Strong skills in Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs

• Proficient in SOAP, XML, and web services

• Experience with HCM modules and release management

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
