In this senior position, you will translate business needs into technical requirements while ensuring system availability and optimizing performance. Utilize your extensive mainframe expertise to analyze, define, and document workflow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements
• Ensure system availability and optimal technical performance
• Develop schedules and procedures for system utilization
• Interact with other teams to create impactful solutions
• Provide cost and time estimates for development packages
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of mainframe application development experience
• Proficiency in COBOL, DB2, z/OS, and CICS
• Experience scheduling with CA7 or BMC Control-M
• Hands-on skills with Git Hub and Jenkins
• Knowledge of mainframe batch processing techniques
