As part of a vital tech team, you will focus on supporting and improving the CMS Registry Solution, which powers essential lien management services for Canadian lenders. Your contributions will be crucial in incident resolution, service monitoring, and operational documentation, as you engage with a full-stack technology environment including Angular and SQL Server. This role demands a proactive, collaborative mindset to meet SLAs and exceed operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational health of EC2-hosted CMS services

• Engage in detailed monitoring and incident management

• Troubleshoot application performance and reliability issues

• Maintain runbooks and documentation for operational practices

• Implement solutions to recurring operational challenges

Requirements:

• Proficient in .NET and C# for operational tasks

• Experience with AWS services and CI/CD practices

• Working knowledge of Angular, Type Script, and SQL

• Comfort in production environments for incident response

• Strong communication and teamwork orientation
