Join Rentsync as a Senior .NET Developer, where you will lead cloud-native API development on .NET 8+ and Azure in a hybrid working environment.
Your role will shape engineering standards and leverage AI development tools.
In this key engineering position, you will focus on server-side architecture, collaborating with product teams to deliver significant business value. The ideal candidate is proactive with extensive experience in mentoring junior developers and adopting modern practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services
• Maintain technical ownership of server-side logic and database performance
• Mentor team members and elevate coding standards through reviews
• Collaborate with QA, front-end developers, and product managers
• Implement Kubernetes setups for reliable containerized deployments
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in modern .NET and API development
• 2+ years as a technical leader
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Availability for in-office work 2-3 days weekly
• Experience with AI development tools preferred
