Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the engineering team in developing scalable systems
• Influence the technical strategy and architecture decisions
• Oversee Python services across multi-cloud environments
• Facilitate team Agile practices and sprint planning
• Mentor engineers, providing constructive feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years managing or formally leading a software engineering team
• 7+ years of Python application development experience
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
