This role calls for a senior engineer with around 10+ years of industry experience in backend production system design. You will focus on optimizing ORCA’s architecture and developing industry-leading agent workflows. Your work will define the intersection of technology and usability, directly enhancing business processes through intelligent design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop production-ready Python backend services
• Optimize ORCA's architecture for agent workflows
• Implement tool calling and structured output designs
• Establish effective object retrieval and source grounding
• Oversee PostgreSQL schema design and workflow management
Requirements:
• 10+ years in relevant engineering experience
• Deep understanding of agentic AI systems
• Solid background in PostgreSQL administration
• Proven skills in service architecture and clean API design
• Strong knowledge of operational security practices
