Senior Fullstack Engineer

Position: Senior Fullstack Engineer at Dominion Dynamics
Take on a pivotal role as a Senior Fullstack Engineer in Ottawa with Dominion Dynamics. Work on backend systems, real-time dashboards, and embedded integrations—all under demanding conditions.

In this full-time position, you'll build systems end-to-end, directly reporting to the CTO. Your expertise will shape architecture and performance in challenging environments where network reliability is critical. Collaborate closely with embedded teams to ensure immediate application of operator feedback, driving rapid iterations and deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop APIs and backend services for telemetry

• Create real-time dashboards with actionable insights

• Design integrations with sensors and edge nodes

• Implement CI/CD and observability for releases

• Support field deployments through travel and feedback

Requirements:

• 5+ years in backend and frontend systems

• Proficient in Python and JavaScript/Type Script

• Experience with SQL and relational data modeling

• Hands-on with hardware integration and fault tolerance

• Canadian citizenship for security clearance eligibility
