As a Senior Engineering Lead, you will set the benchmark for quality and direction, mentor engineers, and engage directly in the coding processes that secure our platforms.

Your role involves not only establishing a secure product-led architecture but also ensuring compliance readiness and integrating AI development tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set technical standards and guide team performance

• Design and implement comprehensive full-stack features

• Establish Dev Sec Ops  workflows with automated testing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-stack application shipping

• Strong knowledge of containers and cloud architecture
