You’re a passionate engineer and hands-on leader focused on delivering measurable value through your own contributions and those of your team. • Lead a small group of talented engineers building and enhancing features for

• Develop, pitch and deliver product ideas and improvements that are aligned to business needs.
• Promote a culture of ownership, accountability and high standards.
• Maintain and evolve our front-end platform, ensuring it meets availability and performance needs of our users, and is optimised for fast and frictionless development.
• Support team members in their growth and development, empowering them to achieve their career goals and deliver exceptional work.
• Use data to drive decisions, insights and continuous improvement.
• Be ready to hit the ground running in a player-coach role.
• Comfortable leading a team, and being responsible for the growth, development and performance of team members.
• Expert in front-end technologies including Node, Type Script, React, Next.js.
• Experience building web applications at scale.
• Experience with functional programming.
• Meaningful experience building features related to Search, SEO, and Ecommerce.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a track record of delivering front-end software ficiency in modern web technologies, front-end architecture, and performance optimization. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
