Discovery kicks off July/August - ideally in seat by mid July.
Our Insurance client is looking for a Sr. Full-Stack Tech Lead with a heavy front end focus to lead the discovery, architecture, and delivery of a strategic digital portal transformation. This is a technical leadership and program delivery role first. The team has strong backend capability, the gap is front end architecture and someone who can own the program end to end.
Must Haves
Technical program and project delivery - you have led complex technical programs from discovery through delivery, managed stakeholders, and kept teams on track through ambiguityFront end architecture on web based authenticated portals - post sign-on platforms in any domain, financial services, marketing, customer portals. Security and customer experience matter to youType Script Angular - strong hands on, latest versions strongly preferred (V 17+)AI experience or thought leadership - hands on AI development or ability to bring AI thinking into a digital transformation. Traditional methodologies are evolving and you help lead that changeNode.js and backend knowledge - you are not the primary backend resource but pure front end only candidates will not be consideredExperience leading and mentoring a team of 4-6 developers through discovery and deliveryNice to Haves
Multi-tenant or white-label platform architecture experienceInsurance or financial services industry experiencePOC development and rapid prototyping experienceSitecore or CMS experienceResponsibilities
