IBM Sterling OMS​/B2B Integrator Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IBM Sterling MFT / OMS Consultant with strong expertise in IBM Sterling Order Management (OMS) and/or IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating IBM Sterling solutions using Java, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP web services
. This role involves supporting order management workflows, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.

• Configure, customize, and maintain IBM Sterling OMS and/or IBM Sterling B2B Integrator solutions.
• Design, develop, and support integrations using Java, XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Implement and enhance order management workflows and business processes.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues while ensuring system stability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and implement requirements.
• Perform deployments, configuration changes, and performance tuning of IBM Sterling applications.
• Support EDI integrations and supply chain transaction processing.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release activities.
• Work within Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide production support.

• 6–8+ years of experience with IBM Sterling OMS and/or IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Strong hands-on experience in IBM Sterling configuration and customization.
• Strong programming experience in Java/J2EE.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and integration workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with IBM Sterling deployment and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2).
• Understanding of Supply Chain and Order Fulfillment processes.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Dev Ops tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to SAP CPI or other enterprise integration platforms is an asset.
