Position: Sr Full Stack Developer (Next.js / NestJS)
Our client in the Digital Health Space is looking for a Sr Full Stack Web Developer (Next.js / NestJS)
Duration: Until Dec 31st
Location:
1x day onsite downtown
x2 one more front end focused on backend
Key Responsibilities
Extend and maintain an existing Next.js application built on React
Integrate frontend components with backend APIs (Node/NestJS and Python FastAPI)
Collaborate with embedded teams across the broader platform
Implement new user-facing features while maintaining performance and stability
Work within established architecture, coding standards, and deployment pipelines
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintainable, high-quality code
Must-Have Requirements
Hands-on experience with Next.js (React-only experience is not sufficient)
Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills
Experience working in existing production codebases
Experience with Node.js backend frameworks , preferably NestJS
Experience consuming REST APIs
Ability to ramp quickly in a contract-based role
