Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and mentor a team of engineers for high performance

• Manage the full development lifecycle from requirements to release

Requirements:

• 5+ years in managing technical teams, preferably in integrations

• Strong background in software engineering, including Java

• Extensive experience with Mule Soft or similar iPaaS

• Proven track record in software quality processes
