Lead Software Engineer at CPP Investments

Drive cloud-native app development as a Lead Software Engineer at CPP Investments. You'll provide technical leadership for investment and treasury operations while fostering a collaborative team environment.

In this role within the Total Fund Management technology organization, you will spearhead the design and delivery of modern applications. Your focus will be on building secure and scalable solutions using Java and AWS while advancing engineering practices. Mentoring a team of 7-8 engineers, you’ll champion AI-assisted development and promote coding excellence across projects.
