Role: .NET Core Developer – 10+ Years Experience

Location: Hybrid - 4 days WFO

The description below outlines the role responsibilities, required qualifications, and preferred skills for an experienced .NET Core Developer with a strong banking domain background.

We are looking for an experienced .NET Core Developer with 8+ years of hands-on development experience and a strong background in the Banking domain
. The ideal candidate should have experience developing enterprise-grade banking applications, APIs, and backend services while working in Agile environments.

• 8+ years of experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core development.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, RESTful Services
  .
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server
  , Entity Framework/Core, and database design.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture
  .
• Good knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Git
  , Azure Dev Ops
  , CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles
  , and design patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Mandatory Banking domain experience (Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Payments, Lending, Cards, or Core Banking).

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET Core applications.
• Build and enhance REST APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Support production deployments and resolve application issues.

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

• Knowledge of Kafka
  , RabbitMQ
  , or other messaging platforms.
• Experience with Banking integrations
  , Payment Systems, or Core Banking platforms.

Candidates must have 8+ years of .NET Core development experience with strong Banking domain experience
