Key Responsibilities:
• Create and enhance AI-driven cloud applications using Python
• Spearhead Agentic AI and autonomous workflow development
• Optimize pipelines for retrieval-augmented generation
• Integrate structured and unstructured data securely
• Maintain applications to ensure high performance
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• 2+ years in AI/ML with a focus on LLM applications
• Proficient in Python and various AI frameworks
• Proven mentor and leader in technical projects
Drive innovation and lead complex initiatives in AI Engineering at BMO.
