In this hybrid role, you will design and maintain the Amazon Connect contact center and its supporting AWS components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and integrations that streamline operations across the company's national customer service framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows and interfaces

• Implement monitoring solutions with Cloud Watch dashboards

• Develop AWS Lambda functions and API Gateway integrations

• Build integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs

• Author and maintain essential technical documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

• Experience with Amazon Connect and serverless applications

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools

• Knowledge in telephony system integration

• Agile methodologies experience preferred
