As the Lead Developer, you will direct a strategic roadmap and ensure that the platform architecture remains robust and secure. Collaborate with internal and external teams to align project objectives and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic development roadmap

• Lead and mentor a technical team in best practices

• Ensure platform security and scalability across integrations

• Oversee platform-related projects from inception to completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar

• Minimum 8 years of platform development experience

• 2+ years in a tech leadership position

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices

• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and Splunk
