Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise analytical applications across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.
- Build scalable system integrations and API-based solutions for end-to-end analytical platforms.
- Design technical solutions by translating business requirements into scalable architectures.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop, enhance, and support Oracle FCCM/OFSAA applications and Customer Risk Rating solutions.
- Design and optimize ETL data pipelines, risk scoring models, and analytical workflows.
- Implement Dev Ops and CI/CD best practices to improve deployment and delivery processes.
- Develop Unix shell scripts, SQL/PLSQL programs, and automation solutions.
- Manage and monitor batch processing using Autosys, Ctrl-M, or similar scheduling tools.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and production support activities.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle FCCM, Oracle OFSAA, or Customer Risk Rating (CRR) solutions.
- Experience with Oracle Mantas or similar Financial Crime & Compliance platforms.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL development and Oracle Database expertise.
- Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting experience.
- Experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
- Hands‑on experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD, Git, JIRA, Confluence, and related development tools.
- Experience with job scheduling tools such as Autosys or Ctrl-M.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working in AML, KYC, Financial Crime, Regulatory Compliance, or Customer Risk Rating projects.
- Minimum 2 end‑to‑end Oracle FCCM/OFSAA implementations in a techno‑functional role.
- Experience with cloud or hybrid enterprise platforms.
- AI‑enabled development, code automation, or workflow automation experience.
- CAMS Certification is a strong advantage.
