Lead the Salesforce Apex development and Lightning teams, overseeing technical aspects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

• Lead and manage Salesforce Apex and Lightning projects from inception to completion.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce development processes.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex development including triggers, classes, batch Apex, and declarative features.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Aura framework, and Lightning Design System.
• In‑depth knowledge of integration with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, security and sharing settings, and deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non‑technical stakeholders effectively.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
