Even Up seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Growth & Agents team in Toronto. You'll engage in shaping user experiences for AI-driven agents across voice, SMS, and email, owning frontend technical decisions from design through production. This role encourages collaboration with Product and Design teams to create scalable, intuitive user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design user-facing experiences for AI communication agents
• Own technical decisions from architecture to implementation
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams on evolving needs
• Build reliable interfaces for real-time AI interactions
• Work with backend engineers for seamless integration
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of software engineering experience
• Proven track record of launching customer-facing products
• Strong proficiency in React and Type Script
• Problem-solving skills for ambiguous challenges
• Experience with AI-powered products is a plus
