Key Responsibilities:

• Architect distributed backend systems for high-volume event handling

• Develop data pipelines using Kafka, Click House, and Snowflake

• Optimize performance across Aurora, Cloud SQL, and PostgreSQL

• Define best coding practices and CI/CD automation

• Mentor engineers through design reviews in an Agile setup

Requirements:

• 8+ years in backend development; 3+ in leadership

• Expertise in distributed systems and data applications

• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Go, or Java

• Experience with AWS or GCP scaling

• Strong mentorship and problem-solving skills
