Key Responsibilities:

• Define scalable technical roadmaps aligned with business goals

• Lead core Java platform feature design and implementation

• Champion engineering best practices and architectural decisions

• Mentor Staff and Senior engineers to elevate team performance

• Develop software with comprehensive test coverage

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software development with Java and Spring

• Expertise in high-performance Postgres or MySQL

• Experience with RESTful API design for large systems

• Strong knowledge of security engineering principles

• Excellent communication and influencing skills
