Position: Spanish Customer Engineer at Decagon
Enhance customer interactions as a Spanish-speaking Customer Engineer  will drive AI agent builds, delivering exceptional technical solutions for enterprise clients.

This role focuses on end-to-end execution of AI agent builds, engaging closely with customers to ensure successful delivery. You will need at least five years of relevant experience and a foundational understanding of coding and integrations. Collaborating with various teams, your work will greatly impact client satisfaction and operational efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own architecture and execution of AI agent builds

• Design agent behavior using engineering principles

• Validate integrations with customer systems

• Interface with senior technical stakeholders

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical failures

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken

• Strong coding and API experience

• Ability to manage fast-moving environments

• Comfortable translating requirements into action
