Key Responsibilities:

• Develop DTMF IVR applications using Cisco CVP and Call Studio

• Create custom Java elements for backend connectivity

• Deploy and maintain applications on Apache Tomcat

• Integrate IVR with Cisco UCCE/ICM routing

• Validate IVR functionalities using Cyara testing tools

Requirements:

• 4+ years in IVR development and engineering

• Proficient in Cisco CVP and Call Studio

• Familiar with VXML Server and MS SQL Server

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and XML Web Services

• Knowledgeable in Cisco Finesse and Skill Group Queuing
