Software Development Manager

As a Software Development Manager, you will manage a team of nine engineers while overseeing the architecture and performance of the Display Footprint and Auction Systems. Your leadership will ensure your team excels in developing innovative software solutions by providing mentorship and fostering collaboration. You will partner with product management to define a clear technical roadmap and set impactful KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team to develop high-performing services

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software engineering with scalable platforms

• 5+ years managing high-caliber engineering teams

• Experience with Google Cloud or AWS architectures

• Proficient in object-oriented backend programming

• Strong communication skills and a Computer Science degree
