• Identify automation opportunities across software testing processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and reusable automation frameworks.
• Execute UI, API, performance, and accessibility testing using Playwright and related tools.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers and QA teams.
• Develop solution design documentation and mentor QA teams on automation best practices.
• Support automation strategy, governance, and continuous process improvement.

• QA/Test Automation experience.
• Strong expertise in Playwright automation framework (POM, Hybrid, Modular frameworks).
• Hands-on experience with Type Script/Java Script automation scripting.
• Experience with UI Automation (Playwright), API Testing, Performance Testing (JMeter), and Accessibility Testing (Axe, Lighthouse/AODA).
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of AI-powered test automation and automation framework design.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs
  , defect management, and test automation best practices.
• Experience creating reusable libraries, templates, and automation frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Microsoft Power Automate (RPA), AI Builder, Process Mining, and Machine Learning.
• Java/Python, Spring Boot, Angular, SQL/No
  
  SQL, OAuth/IAM, Microservices, Power BI.
• Experience with WCAG 2.0 AA compliance.
