Position: Senior Computer Vision Engineer at OpenSpace

In this pivotal role, you will develop core algorithms focused on mapping, localization, and 3D reconstruction using real-world construction data. Candidates should possess extensive experience in computer vision and machine learning, ready to leverage classical techniques alongside modern deep learning methodologies. You’ll be responsible for creating visually impactful solutions that enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect complex computer vision systems

• Develop and optimize image localization and SLAM techniques

• Implement deep learning models for visual perception

• Prototype and rigorously test algorithms with real data

• Collaborate to transition research into production-ready systems

Requirements:

• M.S./Ph.D. in Computer Vision or equivalent experience

• 5+ years developing vision and machine learning models

• Strong expertise in camera calibration and 3D transforms

• Experience with SLAM, SfM, and 3D reconstruction

• Proficient in deep learning frameworks like Py Torch
