Android Development Team Lead Position

We are looking for an Android Development Team Lead who will spearhead enterprise-grade mobile applications using Kotlin and Java. This role emphasizes technical leadership and cross-team collaboration.

With 8–12+ years of experience and significant leadership roles, this position requires an individual capable of guiding Android developers and enforcing mobile architecture standards. The role includes troubleshooting production issues and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the design of scalable Android applications

• Enforce coding standards and architectural guidelines

• Mentor and guide junior Android developers

• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies

• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Android app development experience

• Expertise in Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK

• Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, MVVM, and MVI

• Experience in CI/CD and automated testing frameworks

• Proven ability to lead offshore/onshore teams
