RBC invites a Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience in Java and front-end frameworks like React. This role combines expertise in modern software development and Mainframe architectures, focusing on secure and scalable solutions. Collaborate with seasoned developers to learn and deploy cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in Agile delivery and sprint planning activities

• Develop and support enterprise Spring Boot applications

• Construct RESTful APIs for system integration

• Perform code reviews and ensure performance benchmarks

• Utilize Generative AI knowledge to support Merchant Payment teams

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of hands-on Java / Spring Boot experience

• Proficiency in Node.js, SQL, and relational databases

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

• Basic understanding of cloud technologies and Linux

• Willingness to learn about Mainframe processing
