Lead the technical vision as a Staff Engineer in a cutting-edge B2B SaaS startup redefining community engagement. Your work will focus on product ownership and innovative AI implementations.
Our client, backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, is continuing their impressive growth while seeking three Staff Engineers with expertise in Frontend, Backend, or Fullstack domains. This position allows for high autonomy within a fast-paced environment, significantly impacting company growth and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bring AI capabilities into production, enhancing real-world usability
• Drive product features through agile development cycles
• Create high-performance applications with Type Script and React
• Design APIs and scalable service architectures
• Raise the bar on engineering quality through mentorship
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering
• Expertise in Type Script, especially in React for frontend roles
• Proficiency in backend systems, including Node.js
• Experience in multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Required commute to downtown Toronto office 2-3 days a week
