Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and grow Dev Ops and QA teams under a shared services model

• Define standard operating procedures for engineering workflows

• Champion security, performance, and reliability across projects

• Enhance tooling and automation for streamlined operations

• Develop strategies for incident response and release management

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing shared engineering services teams

• Strong foundation in cloud-first architectures and CI/CD

• Capabilities in improving operational predictability and execution

• Familiarity with QA standards and automated testing practices

• Hands-on leadership style with attention to team dynamics
