As part of the Canadian Personal Banking Payments Technology team, you will lead efforts for secure and innovative payment experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee design and development of payment orchestration solutions

• Lead the implementation of CI/CD and monitoring practices

• Partner with architects to establish technology strategies

• Manage technology initiatives from inception to execution

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of software engineering experience

• 5+ years in leadership roles focused on payment systems

• Robust Agile and SAFe methodology knowledge

• Experience with managing diverse engineering teams

• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and event-driven architectures
