Join Okta as a Software Engineer II in our Core Identity team, where you'll be responsible for creating and managing identity services r work with Node.js and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) will support secure innovation for our users and partners. This position emphasizes collaboration and technical stewardship within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and operate essential backend services
• Maintain the security and reliability of identity systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience
• Mentor other team members in software best practices
• Engage in on-call duties to ensure service health
Requirements:
• 4+ years of professional software experience
• Strong skills in Node.js (JavaScript/Type Script)
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services
• Commitment to quality across testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of product-oriented development
