Join RBC as a Service Now Developer and lead enhancements in IT Asset Management. Support enterprise-wide solutions to optimize service delivery and technology governance across Canada.
In this role with the IT Asset Management team, your expertise will directly impact RBC's technology lifecycle management. You will develop and implement CMDB/ITAM solutions on the Service Now platform while collaborating with stakeholders. Your focus on configuration, integration, and technical design will bring quality and efficiency to the team's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Service Now solutions for IT asset management
• Design integrations using APIs and orchestration tools
• Analyze requirements and define project specifications
• Implement automated workflows for operational efficiency
• Document technical solutions for knowledge transfer
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Service Now development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and governance
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Excellent communication and results-oriented mindset
