Your role will emphasize using Kubernetes and advanced CI/CD practices while working during East Coast hours.
In this role, you will be integral to enhancing our continuous delivery infrastructure. Engage in building and maintaining robust pipelines, promoting automation, and optimizing processes. As a member of the small team, you will focus on eliminating operational toil through software solutions while supporting development teams in product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop effective continuous deployment strategies for MongoDB products
• Manage onboarding processes for engineering teams
• Ensure a seamless service-onboarding experience
• Offer assistance for deployment system queries
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software and distributed systems
• Strong skills in Python, Go, or similar programming languages
• Proven CI/CD pipeline creation and management experience
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Thorough understanding of Linux internals and networking principles
