AI Software Engineering Internship

Join Quad Real Property Group as an AI Software Engineering intern in Toronto this Fall. Engage in coding, prototyping, and developing real AI solutions for real estate operations.

As part of Quad Real's AI & Digital Innovation team, you will report to the Director of Data & Machine Learning Products. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates in Computer Science or Software Engineering. You will gain hands-on experience in coding, collaboration, and product prototyping while utilizing modern AI coding tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build AI features alongside engineers

• Write and ship code from active project sprints

• Create and demo your own prototype

• Attend standups and code reviews regularly

• Maintain documentation and runbooks current

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a CS or related program

• Proficiency in Python, Type Script, or C#

• Experience with Git and AI coding tools

• Front-end or full-stack project experience preferred

• Curiosity and ownership in problem-solving
