Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze IMS Segments and create detailed designs

• Lead junior developers through projects and initiatives

• Develop, unit test, and deploy high-quality code

• Independently analyze DB2 objects and processing

• Utilize tools like INSYNC and Service Now for project management

Requirements:

• Proficient in IBM Mainframe technologies and tools

• Strong understanding of DB2 objects and processing

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git Hub Copilot

• Adaptable problem solver with a learning mindset

• Knowledge of Kafka and RESTful APIs is a plus
