About the opportunity:

We're hiring AI Developer Interns to help build an AI-powered testing platform that transforms how Dayforce implementations are validated. Our goal is to reduce that effort by more than 50% through intelligent automation.

As an AI Developer Intern, you'll contribute directly to the development of production software that combines modern AI capabilities with test automation. You'll work alongside software engineers and implementation consultants to understand real customer testing processes, identify automation opportunities, prototype AI-driven solutions, and measure the impact of your work.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Design, build, and enhance features within an AI-powered test automation platform
  • Collaborate with implementation consultants to map manual testing workflows and identify automation opportunities
  • Develop AI-driven workflows using technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Lang Chain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks
  • Build capabilities for automated test case generation, execution, and intelligent analysis of test results
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of automation by tracking metrics such as implementation hours saved, test coverage improvements, and earlier defect detection
  • Document technical solutions and communicate findings to both technical and business stakeholders

Skills and experience we value:
