JOB OVERVIEW
Guardian Capital Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong command of Salesforce Flows to join our Technical Enablement team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce products including Financial Services Cloud, Shield and Sales/Service Cloud.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Auto launched, Screen Flows) and other declarative tools.
Lead technical solutioning sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to architect robust Salesforce implementations.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and deliverables.
Hands on experience with ETL tools like Talend, Informatica and integrations with external applications for data management.
Programming/coding background with experience in Python, Java, similar languages.
Ability to provide solutions and work on Salesforce integration with real time API.
Ability to manage and enhance Salesforce Dev Ops pipelines.
Build, enhance, and support solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Shield
Leverage Salesforce Shield features including Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail, and Platform Encryption.
Customize Financial Services Cloud using FSC-specific objects and capabilities.
Ability to implement document generation and e-signature tools and their integration with Salesforce.
Administration & Enablement:
Perform advanced Salesforce administration, including permission sets, profiles, sharing rules, and field-level security.
Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce platform governance, data model design, and best practices.
Provide L2/L3 support for production issues, focusing on Flow troubleshooting and optimization.
Participate in Agile development lifecycle including story grooming, sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
Monitor system health, performance, and proactively identify areas for optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
8+ years of Salesforce experience, with a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on Flow development experience
Certified Administrator certification, Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud consultant certifications are a strong asset
Architect certifications (Application or System Architect) are a strong asset
Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud including customizations, data model understanding, and best practices.
Hands-on experience implementing and managing Salesforce Shield and its core features.
Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and basic Lightning Components is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Jira or other software ticketing systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
Ability to be in-office in Toronto 2-4 days per week
