Angular Lead Developer

Iris’s leading financial client is looking for Angular Lead Developer to join their team at Toronto, ON(Hybrid) location.

• Design front-end architecture for complex, enterprise-grade Angular applications.
• Build reusable UI components and shared component libraries to streamline cross-team development.
• Enforce coding standards and design patterns like reactive programming with RxJS.
• Optimize application performance for fast rendering, efficient bundling, and state management.
• 10+ years of experience in front-end development, with 3+ years in a team leadership role.
• Expert proficiency in Angular (ideally Angular 16+ or modern versions) and Type Script.
• Agile delivery experience working within distributed Scrum framework setups.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex frontend architecture to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure Dev Ops for cloud-based deployment.
