Key Responsibilities:

• Manage people operations such as performance reviews and team culture

• Ensure timely delivery and execution of team objectives

• Remove blockers and maintain visibility into team health

• Participate in design and code reviews alongside Tech Leads

• Champion AI-first engineering culture and tools in all processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• 10+ years in software development

• At least 5 years in engineering leadership roles

• Strong experience with cloud-native applications

• Proven skills in managing global teams
