We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer with over 10 years of experience to lead complex healthcare modernization projects. This role requires extensive skills in developing RESTful services, designing cloud-native architectures, and implementing healthcare interoperability solutions. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to drive the integration of healthcare systems and enhance provider search and data management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Implement FHIR R4/R4B APIs with Smile CDR
• Harmonize real-time data synchronization across systems
• Create scalable search functionalities with Open Search
• Maintain technical documentation and support CI/CD pipelines
Requirements:
• 10+ years in software development
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and React
• Experience with AWS Health Lake integration
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
