• Analyze requirements and design comprehensive manual test cases

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of hands-on QA experience

• Proficient in Java, Node JS, and automation frameworks

• IVR/telephony testing experience required

• Conversational fluency in French for testing

• Familiarity with JIRA/Azure Dev Ops for defect tracking
