Senior Power Automate Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365
. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to streamline workflows, automate business processes, and integrate enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Build cloud and desktop automation workflows for business process automation.
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
  • Develop custom connectors, APIs, and reusable automation components.
  • Create automated approval workflows, notifications, document management, and business process automation.
  • Design solutions using Microsoft Dataverse and SQL databases.
  • Implement governance, security, and best practices across the Power Platform.
  • Troubleshoot workflow failures, optimize performance, and resolve production issues.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote Power Platform best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on Power Automate development
    .
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Expertise in workflow automation and enterprise application integration.
  • Experience developing scalable and secure automation solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
