Join the ASIO team at Scotiabank as a Senior Developer, where you will focus primarily on scaling and supporting crucial RPA solutions. Your expertise in automation development and production support will be pivotal for diagnosing issues and improving system reliability. Ideal candidates will have experience with AI technologies in regulated financial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigation and resolution of RPA production issues
• Implement long-term fixes and enhancements for automation
• Develop solutions using UiPath or equivalent platforms
• Analyze processes and deliver new automation use cases
• Document workflows, operational procedures, and best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 7 years in software development with RPA
• Strong experience with incident management and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control systems
• RPA certifications and AI-related certifications preferred
