Shape the future of indoor navigation as a Senior Android SDK Developer d technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and develop scalable mobile SDKs using Java and Kotlin.

At Maps People, we seek an experienced Senior Android Developer to contribute to our mobile platform, focusing on building and evolving SDKs. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality, cohesive mobile initiatives that stand out in real-world applications. This role involves architecture, coding, and influencing engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement new features in our existing Android SDK

• Maintain and improve SDK stability and performance

• Migrate legacy Java code to modern Kotlin

• Build binding layers for Flutter and React Native

• Optimize map rendering using Mapbox and Google Maps

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of Android development experience

• Proficient in Kotlin and Java, with SDK development

• Strong understanding of Kotlin Coroutines and structured concurrency

• Hands-on experience in migrating codebases to Kotlin

• Familiarity with Dart or Type Script is a plus
