Kellow Recruiting is seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to support automation projects for a Canadian process engineering firm. This position requires at least five years of hands-on programming and systems integration experience. You'll be involved in PLC and HMI programming, alongside troubleshooting and integrating production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs
• Integrate PLC controls with production equipment
• Interpret designs and support installation
• Collaborate with engineers and operators on-site
• Document changes and manage project priorities
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of PLC programming experience
• Proficient with Rockwell Automation or Allen Bradley systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Background in food, beverage, or process manufacturing is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed
