Drive automation and transformation as a Business Innovation Developer with TD Wealth in Toronto, Ontario. This role requires expertise in VBA, Python, and project management while enhancing operational efficiency.
As part of the Wealth Operational Excellence team, you will report to the Manager of Business Innovation & Transformation.
Your role involves developing automation strategies, managing end-user computing objects, and implementing Robotics Process Automation. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize Excel VBA processes for efficiency
• Write and troubleshoot Python code in various applications
• Create documentation for workflows and process changes
• Lead project delivery and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Enforce data governance best practices across teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in Wealth Operations or similar
• Proficiency in VBA, Python, and reporting tools
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills
• Strong communication abilities for technical insights
